The 25 Days
The 25 Days is an online program for women who want to get their edge back and get their relationship with alcohol right where they want it. We are a community of like-minded women. There is no shame, no judgment, and you won't be labeled as having a disease or a character defect. In fact, your brain is doing exactly what your brain is supposed to do when you introduce it to an addictive substance. You’re normal! And you won't have to rely solely on willpower. This program prioritizes experimentation, curiosity, empowerment, fun, self-worth, and self-determination.

Take the next step in your growth journey! You’ll get everything outlined in The 25 Days plus you’ll get two one-on-one 50-minute coaching sessions with one of our certified life coaches that focus on your personal development. During these sessions, your coach will help you flesh out your WHY, set achievable goals, and envision the positive changes that will occur once you reach your goals. Together with your coach you'll identify challenges and develop a plan of action to overcome them. Additionally, she'll advise you how to hold yourself accountable and how to measure your progress towards success.
Personal Development Coaching Only
Not ready to join The 25 Days just yet, but you feel like you need a change and just aren’t sure where to start? One of our accredited life coaches will provide one individual 50-minute coaching session that will concentrate on your personal growth. Your coach will assist you in defining your objectives and recognizing any obstacles that may stand in your way. Additionally, she'll collaborate with you to develop a comprehensive strategy, and she'll stay in touch to monitor your progress.

Who are the Guides?The Guides are ladies who have taken The 25 Days and have embraced living an alcohol-free lifestyle. They all felt a calling to give back and help other women on their sober curious journeys. They range in ages and are from all over the US and Canada. They are in the group to cheer you on and share their wisdom. They aren’t there to police you or give you lectures, though they will speak their minds and try to make you think and dig deeper.
What happens when The 25 Days ends? Will I still get some kind of support?Yes! Once you complete The 25 Days, you’re a member of Put It Down Lifestyle as long as we’re alive & kicking! You’ll be invited to join our Alum Chums video-chat group that includes anyone who has previously done The 25 Days plus all of our Guides. It’s a great place to continue to learn in between our offerings of The 25 Days. You can repeat The 25 Days as many times as you like (the experience is different every time you go through it with different ladies and Guides), and you have access to other special activities and workshops. Our goal is to build community!
What exactly is the video-chat platform you talk about?The video-chat app we are currently using is called Marco Polo. You can download it onto your phone for free. Everyone who signs up for The 25 Days is invited to join their small group on this platform. You’ll be partnered with other ladies who will journey alongside you and be your cheerleaders, accountability partners, and your support. Most ladies who have been through The 25 Days agree video chatting contributes highly to their success -- to be able to talk to each other, see each other’s faces, and to support and be supported is priceless. We believe that connection is key, and a video chat can be a much more intimate connection than faceless forums or texting.
I signed up but the program doesn’t start for a week. Can I start early?Of course! Once you sign up, you will get a welcome email. In that email there is a fun little button you can click to request early access. Submit your request and go ahead and dive in! The only things you’ll have to wait to open are the video-chat, meeting your Guides, and of course, the Zoom kick-off party!

I’ve heard the term “Gray Area Drinking.” What is that?Gray area drinking refers to most of us here at Put It Down Lifestyle. It’s those who haven’t hit a rock bottom or lost homes or family because of drinking. Maybe you’ve heard of “functional” drinkers. It refers to people who maybe drink every night, look like they’re functioning adequately during the day, but they’re really not. They’re hungover, tired, and anxious. There’s some cognitive dissonance going on in their heads where they both want to drink but don’t want to drink, usually regretting last night’s drinking the next morning, and truly not understanding why they can’t get control of this one thing in their lives.
Shouldn't this be free? Why do you charge money?We want to provide the best resources to our community as possible. We aren't just providing a platform where you can have a virtual support group; we offer other activities that help build healthy habits. Some of our favorites coming up are gardening, a journaling workshop, and other really great interviews and activities. That being said, we never want price to hinder you from making healthy decisions. We have a lot of options available, including scholarships through service. What if I drink during The 25 Days? Do I have to start all over?Of course you don't need to start over. If you were skiing down a mountain and you fell down, you wouldn't get up and ride the lift back up to the top of the mountain and start all over again, would you? You'd pick yourself up, dust off the snow, take stock of that you have all your fingers and toes, and continue on. That's what you should do here. But instead of taking stock of all your fingers and toes, we'd ask that you really dig deep and figure out what it was that made you take that first drink. Be curious. It's hardly ever really about the alcohol. There's almost always something else going on. Think about it!
Do I have to stop drinking forever?Forever is a difficult word. It's better to not think about FOREVER when you're doing The 25 Days. Just commit to 25 days. That's all you need to do. Give yourself the gift of being alcohol free for 25 days so that you can see the benefits of having alcohol completely out of your system. We believe that your relationship with alcohol will never be the same again. After 25 days, you can reevaluate and move forward from there. You can't unlearn what you'll learn in our material, so you may surprise yourself! We will honor whatever path you choose to take, and we'll still walk right beside you no matter what you decide.
What if I want to moderate my drinking during The 25 Days?We know that everyone has different goals, but we would ask that you commit to not drinking for 25 days. If you sip up (or slip up) during the 25 day program, that's okay. You just pick yourself up and keep going. The reason we want you to commit to not drinking is because we believe that once you see the benefits of not having alcohol in your system for 25 days, you'll be able to make a much more informed and clear-headed decision about your drinking moving forward.
What's the time commitment every day for The 25 Days?It shouldn't take you more than 15-30 minutes a day to read/listen through and complete the material and any questions posed. We believe that doing the work is very important and integral to your success (however you define that). We designed The 25 Days so that you can read, listen, or watch the material. If you are worried you won't have time, we GET IT. Most of the women here are incredibly busy (running families, successful businesswomen, etc). Slap in some earbuds and listen to the material while you are making dinner; connect to the Bluetooth in your car on the way into the office. Remember that saying...where there is a will, there is a way!
